They will be Friday, October 29th; Tuesday, November 23rd; and Wednesday, December 8th. Students will be released two hours early on these days. This change is being made now to provide teachers/staff additional time to plan for instruction within their classes due to the additional workload that has been created during the pandemic.

We have some exciting news that we would like to share.  As information, we are partnering with the Community Health Center of the New River Valley to open a Student Health Center at Giles High School.  Students will be able to access high-quality medical and dental care without a trip to the doctor’s office.  All GCPS students and staff can access medical services at this location.   We look forward to this opportunity for our students and staff. Please visit here for additional information.
